Keepers

From the Under 9 age group we start with goalkeeping and goalkeeper training.

This is the goalkeeper of the week concept. You'll receive training from goalkeeper coaches during the week you're scheduled to play on Saturdays. The same applies to the Under-10 age group, and in some cases, we also have goalkeepers of the week for the Under-12 team.

The weekly goalkeeper training sessions are tailored to teach you the basics of goalkeeping in a single session, so you'll know exactly what to do on Saturday when you're playing goal.

The training lasts forty-five minutes. You can join the match during the last fifteen minutes of your team training so you can practice what you learned and trained just before.

From Under 12 and older and the first teams often have permanent goalkeepers.

Regular goalkeepers have customized goalkeeper training once a week with a maximum of two other goalkeepers. In addition to goalkeeper training, as a regular goalkeeper, you also have regular training with your own team.

Besides the regular and substitute goalkeepers, there are also duo-goalkeepers. These duo-goalkeepers alternate keeping duties each week. So one week you're the goalkeeper, and the next week you're a player on the field.

The training sessions for the regular goalkeepers, substitute goalkeepers, and duo goalkeepers are all 45 minutes of high intensity. Because the group size is very small, with a maximum of four goalkeepers, there's plenty of individual attention for all goalkeepers.

The groups are divided as much as possible by level so that it is equally challenging and therefore fun for all goalkeepers.
